As a Maintenance Technician at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, located in Kodaikanal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems on the property. Your responsibilities will include:
– Conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to ensure all systems are functioning efficiently
– Implementing preventive maintenance measures to prevent breakdowns and ensure the longevity of equipment
– Utilizing your Industrial Maintenance knowledge to address maintenance issues promptly
– Demonstrating your experience in maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to uphold the property’s standards
– Collaborating with team members effectively while also being able to work autonomously
– Showcasing strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues promptly
