Role Overview:
As a Property Manager at ARUNAI AGNI TRADING AND HOSPITALITY PVT LTD, located in Kodaikanal, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of the properties. Your role will involve managing budgets, marketing, leasing, and tenant communication to ensure that the properties are well-maintained and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the properties
– Oversee maintenance activities and ensure timely repairs
– Handle tenant relations and address their concerns promptly
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants
– Monitor and manage budgets to ensure profitability
– Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications:
– Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Experience with financial management and budgeting
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
